If I could give this place a zero I would but wanted to get my story out. I'm extremely disappointed in the new management that has come through. I have been a member of this car wash since it started and always have bragged about it. Last week I went in the morning to have my car washed and came home no big deal. My husband went to go somewhere about an hour after I got home and he said did you go wash your car and I said yes and he said its still pretty dirty and I said oh well no big deal I'm sure they will let you go back through just take it on up there they all know who we are we are there all the time. So my husband goes to the car wash and talks to a manager that we've never seen before and explains that he would like to just run through again and the manager said no because I was already there this morning and he doesn't know if I went off road 4 wheel driving or something since I had been gone (now mind you I have a Ford Flex lol not a jeep). My husband then said ok look could you just put it on your cheapest was so it will at least rinse it off a little and I will just take it over to the vacuums and wipe it down this time and the manager said absolutely not. I had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. Caleb and Zach was amazing and provide great customer service. My car came out looking spotless, shiny, and like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Get you a membership! It is worth it

I don’t write bad reviews, but I sit and waited at this car wash for 30 minutes. It’s advertised they open at 8 am.

Yet another car wash that feels the need to do away with the standard kiosk method of getting a car wash and they want to force you to deal with a sales pitch to try to get you to subscribe to a monthly plan. Why are we going backwards? Let me make my own decision on what I want without having to interact with anyone. Also while we're at it I don't know if this one does it but you absolutely do not need to scan my license plate.
